About the Society

A longer life should still feel like a life.

Life Extension Society is a broad, practical publication about living longer with curiosity, participation, connection and independence.

What we publish

The library covers puzzles, reinvention, lifelong learning, walking, travel, food traditions, relationships, home, technology, solo aging and people who began meaningful work later in life.

What we do not promise

The Society does not claim that a game, food, hobby, device or routine prevents disease or extends life. Health-related material remains general, journalistic and non-prescriptive.

Participation without pressure

Readers may use the guides as invitations rather than commands. Access, cost, mobility and support differ, and a useful life does not have one approved shape.

The Longer Life Club continues this practical conversation with ideas, activities, stories and challenges for a fuller life.
